Discussion Meetings
WCGL hosts monthly meetings free of charge for parents and other adults who are interested in understanding the challenges and joys of learning and living with gifted children. Discussion meetings are open to all who are interested in attending them.
The meetings offer information, camaraderie, informal discussion, and insight for parents who seek to better understand their gifted learners’ educational, social, and emotional needs.
Discussions are informative, proactive, and mutually supportive. Each month, a topic pertinent to gifted learners serves as a starting point for meaningful discussion.
